All Services are by appointment.

Arrival:

Please arrive 10 minutes before your first scheduled appointment to allow for client consultation.

Appointments are reserved to accommodate everyone’s busy schedules.  All clients need to be on time.  Arriving after your reserved time may cause your service to be abbreviated to prevent the next client being inconvenienced.  If  your service is shortened due to late arrival you will be charged the full cost of your service. 

Cancellations and NO SHOWS:

As a courtesy appointment reminders are sent out via text, email or card.  If an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged 50% of your service fee.  If you cancel less than 4 hours before your appointment time you will be charged 100% of the service fee.

NO SHOWS will require all future bookings to be secured with a credit card.

Appointments:

Appointment times are reserved for the amount of time needed to perform the service you have scheduled. Should you decide upon arrival to shorten or change your booked service you may be charged for the service you originally scheduled.

Should you have additional needs or requests; nail repairs, nail art, facials etc.  NOTIFY me in advance so I can make sure there is sufficient time to accommodate your request. 

Sickness or Family Emergency:

If you, or another person in your household has an infectious or contagious illness, contact me as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment for a later date.  For your safety and that of myself and other clients,, do not come to your appointment sick.  If it suspected you are sick you will need to wear a mask to prevent the potential spread of illness.  A one-time allowance of last minute cancellation or reschedule will be permitted for sickness or family emergency.  After that, the cancellation and no-show policy is in effect.

Children are not allowed in the salon unless they are receiving services. 

Please Note: 

During services, I require your full, undivided attention.  Please plan to be an active participant for the duration of your service.  It is important that you are relaxed, and  refrain from all cell phone use.  

Other Artists Work:  If you are currently wearing another artists work, it is possible that it will need to be removed and new product applied.  Should the work require to be removed and a new service be performed it will be doe at the appropriate price This will be discussed and fully explained before the service is performed.

I do not perform services that would be contraindicated to your health and safety.  The decision to perform a service is based on my knowledge and education.
